We take pride in selecting only the highest quality products for our customers. The Nookie provides a one-year warranty on all electronic products, jewellery, and accessories. Some manufactures offer additional warranty protection.

We reserve the right to either repair the product or issue a new one. Where a product is not available and can’t be fixed, we provide store credit equal to the purchase amount. We will also reimburse as store credit any shipping costs you paid.

Returned items must have all original parts and packaging, including cords, controls, blank warranty cards, instructions, etc. Proof of purchase is required. Please note that we can’t honour warranties where products are damaged through misuse (e.g., non-waterproof toys submerged in water).

To make a claim, visit us in store or email us at support@thenookieshop.com with your original order number, your name, and a description of the defect. For online returns, we’ll then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that we can’t accept an online return without an RMA number. Once we receive the item, we’ll ship a replacement free of charge as well as issue store credit for any shipping fees you paid.
