The name 'The Nookie' will not appear anywhere on the external packaging and package contents will not be listed or displayed anywhere on the outside of the box for domestic orders. Shipments to locations outside of Canada do require a customs declaration that may list the contents of your package in general terms (e.g., personal massager).
The Nookie is pleased to offer free expedited shipping within Canada on orders of $70 or more and to the USA on orders of $100 or more. International shipping is $30 for all orders over $100 (sadly, we can't ship internationally for orders less than $100). Please note that orders sent outside of Canada may be subject to duties at the purchaser's expense. We ship Monday to Friday via Canada Post. Orders placed on business days are typically sent within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are prepared the next business day.

Shipping windows are estimates. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery times as factors beyond The Nookie's control (weather, traffic, etc) can cause unexpected delays.
A phone number is required for the destination shipping address so our carriers can contact the recipient if required. Delivery is only available Monday through Friday, not including federal and provincial statutory holidays. The Nookie does not ship to PO boxes.
For people choosing our courier option, we will contact you to confirm your availability before sending the package.
Canceling an Order
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, we can’t usually change or cancel your order once it’s submitted. Please check all information before placing your order.
If you discover a mistake, email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to cancel an order once it's prepared for shipment. Under exceptional circumstances where we are able to retrieve an order before it reaches you, the cancellation will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Tracking Your Order
We send updates on the status of your order to the email address you provided when placing your order, including when your item(s) ship. Once shipped, you can track your order via Canada Post for domestic orders.
Certain aerosols and alcohol-based products are considered hazardous materials by Transport Canada, and must be shipped using Standard Ground shipping. We'll inform you via email if you request expedited service on a restricted item.
